Virginia Elizabeth Hilling Hartman Harkins, born in Morgantown, WV on July 12, 1920, died suddenly January 23, 2012. She was a resident of Arnold.
She was a gentle soul who loved her family, friends and flowers.
Survivors include two sisters, Nellie Kinnear and Linda Maxon; a brother, John Hilling; three daughters, Patricia Elliott, Nancy Jackson and Joyce Ireland; one son, Daniel Hartman; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Preceded in death by two husbands, Francis Hartman and Kenneth Harkins, a grandson and a great grandson.
Friends may visit on Friday January 27, 2012 from 10-11 a.m. followed by a service at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Cremation to follow.
