The annual College Fair that was set to kickoff this week has been delayed to March 13 due to weather.

Everyone expected a winter storm. What we got was rain. As a result, several community events and government offices were closed on Wednesday, including the scheduled College Fair at Anne Arundel Community College.

The event was rescheduled for March 13 from 6-8 p.m. at the AACC David S. Jenkins Gymnasium. 

Students will have a chance to meet with representatives from over 100 colleges and universities, according to a press release from AACC. The event is hosted by AACC in partnership with Anne Arundel County Public Schools.

The purpose of the fair is to allow students to explore higher education options, gather and compare data and visit with university representatives, all in one location.
