Man Flashes 'Fake Genitalia' at College Women

A 28-year-old was charged with indecent exposure for showing a sex toy to women.

An Annapolis man was arrested Friday after allegedly driving around and displaying a sex toy to women.

Jacob Lee Bovia, 28, of the 900 block of Vanburen Street was charged by Anne Arundel County police with three counts of indecent exposure and two counts of disorderly conduct.

Female victims reported a man in a silver car exposing himself near College Drive, according to police.

“The suspect was found to be operating a 2009 silver Honda Accord and was in possession of fake [male] genitalia,” according to a release.

The college’s Department of Public Safety first received complaints about incidents of indecent exposure on the college’s main campus in Arnold between Feb. 16-22.

Bovia was arrested and subsequently released on bond.
