Readers' Choice: Broadneck, Arnold Sandwiches

Who serves the best sandwiches in the Broadneck, Arnold area?

There's an art to sandwich making, and not everybody has mastered it.

Most of these places have their busiest times at lunch, which is when sandwiches are king. So what does it take to make this editor's stomach happy? First and foremost, I like my sandwiches to have personality. Sure, in the end it's always going to be two pieces of bread with some meat or veggies in the middle, but surprise me.

There are a few restaurants in this list that can do that every time I look at their menus.

But what does it take to get you excited about sandwiches? Choose your favorite sandwich shop in town from the list below, and let me know in the comments why it's getting your vote.

Okay, I'll add them. Thanks for the heads up. I've been to Cakes and Confections, but never ordered sandwiches. Didn't know they were a specialty there.

Bay Hills Deli has the best sandwiches - lots of choices, made to order with fresh carved meats, homemade salads and soups, fresh breads and daily specials! The portions sizes are large and value is excellent!

George's Restaurant(Bay Hills Center) makes awesome Gyros(pronounced YEE-ros, Greek for “spin"). Warm Pita bread, slices of Gyro meat, lettuce, yogurt with a hint of Tahini. I can make sandwiches(roast beef with melted Swiss cheese with arugala, yada, yada) at home but haven't tried re-creating Gyros because George's makes them well.
