Victoria's Fancy Foods. Victoria is a certified wine specialist. She doesn't stock 100's of different wines, but she has a really good selection and she is knowledgeable about what she sells.

It doesn't seem quite fair to be putting liquor stores and restaurants in the same competition.

That being said, I vote for Victoria's because she stocks unusual and lots of local wines. She is a certified wine expert (the exact designation slips my mind) and very helpful.
