The popular Cape St. Claire roadhouse is celebrating its second birthday on Tuesday with low-priced drinks, special dishes and free cake and ice cream.

RiverBay Roadhouse is offering discounted dinner-sized pasta dishes, including Old Bay pasta, Cajun shrimp pasta and voodoo pasta.

Customers also will get $2 off their first alcoholic beverage in the bar. And all meals will be served with complimentary birthday cake and ice cream.
