A new exhibit at Anne Arundel Community College, “Through the Rabbit Hole, Visionary Healing Art,” will be open June 4-28 at the college's Pascal Center for Performing Arts Gallery.
Sponsored by Arundel Lodge Inc., the exhibit showcases watercolor and acrylic paintings, weavings, mixed media pieces and visual journals created by Anne Arundel County residents participating in the organization’s art program, according to a release.
A free reception for the artists, their families and the community takes place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, in the gallery.

The art program was created to form a safe, supportive community of artists, where people can explore, express, and recover through classroom, studio and gallery programs in the visual arts, according to a release.
Arundel Lodge helps those with serious mental illness respectfully inspire and support each other in their recovery journey.
