The Old Town Bowie Unification Association would like to invite you to join us for annual antiques and crafts festival on Saturday, September 29,2012 from 10am-5pm. Rain date Sunday, September 30,2012.This year the festival will offer live entertainment featuring the "Bodkin Creek Band" and Crosswind Solo " one man band". Performances by the KIdz MusiQ Club and Siver Star Gymnastics. The festival will also feature local artisans, antique vendors,  commercial vendors, and food concessionaires. There will be children attractions that include face painting, sand art, inflatable moon bounces, ponie rides, petting zoo, photos with show horse "Jack Be Nimble" . We will also have on hand information booths from many local businesses and  government agencies that can assist women, children, and seniors.  The festival will also include a farmers market that will offer fruit and vegetable produce, organic meats, jams, cheese, flowers, and natural personal hygiene products. Lastly, the festival will stage a writer's corner where you can meet local authors, purchase books, or have your books signed by the author.For more information, you can call 301.464.6777 or visit www.the shopsofoldbowie.com.
