Free Qi Gong Class April 16th

Yoga and Qi Gong teachers share the ideals of well-being and mind-body equanimity for their students.  Join us Wednesday, April 16th at 9:00 am for a free introduction to Sheng Zhen Gong, a system of qigong that inspires enhanced levels of awakening and mind-body integration and wellbeing. The practice of Sheng Zhen uses gentle movements to stimulate the healing flow of energy in the body, release stress and increase overall health. This introductory class will include seated and standing movements which foster an open heart and mind. The class is open to all—those new to qigong as well as experienced practitioners.
