Prenatal Yoga at Barefoot Bliss & Little Toes Yoga provides a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere where mamas-to-be can enhance the bonding process with their baby while developing strength, flexibility, and mindful awareness. Yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation can greatly increase the quality of pregnancy and the birth experience as well as help mothers manage the many changes their bodies and emotions go through after the baby arrives. This class is also a wonderful opportunity to meet other mamas-to-be while sharing experiences and resources. Please be sure to have a doctor’s clearance before beginning this or any prenatal exercise program. All ability levels and all stages of pregnancy welcome.
