Yoga and Qi Gong teachers share the ideals of well-being and mind-body equanimity for their students. Sheng Zhen Gong, is a system of qigong that inspires enhanced levels of awakening and mind-body well-being. The practice of Sheng Zhen uses gentle movements to stimulate the healing flow of energy in the body, release stress and increase overall health. This introductory class will include seated and standing movements which foster an open heart and mind. The class is open to all—those new to qigong as well as experienced practitioners.
