The trailer, released Wednesday, shows a day in the life of Mike Conti, who calls himself the "Scrap King" on his business cards. The show is about the tensions that arise between neighbors and how these issues get resolved.

The crew introduce Conti to a real-estate attorney named Jason Oshins, who asks Conti what it'll take to get his yard cleaned up, since he's currently facing a number of lawsuits against him over charges of theft and violation of the Cape St. Claire Improvement Association's bylaws.

"If he doesn't act fast, he will lose everything," Oshins said in the video. "If he wants to clean up his act, he's got to do it now."

A criminal jury trial for Conti's theft charges is set to begin on Oct. 23 at 9 a.m. in Anne Arundel County Circuit Court.
