Viewfinder: Kidsinger Jim Visits Broadneck Library

Local youngsters joined popular singer/songwriter Kidsinger Jim for a musical adventure at the last week as part of the library’s summer reading program.

The kids had a great time singing along to Jim’s original StorySongs, an exciting combination of storytelling and song, featuring memorable characters from around the world.

Kidsinger Jim has been singing for children since 1992. He actually taught music at a K-8 school from '93-'99 but left teaching in 1999 in order to perform for children full time.

He performs mainly in the Baltimore/Washington area, but will hold his annual kids concert at the Bethany Beach Bandstand in Delaware on August 24 at 7:30 p.m. and hopes to see some familiar faces.
