Chesapeake Bay Blues Festival Sets Ticket Sales Record

Bonnie Raitt is scheduled to perform at the annual blues festival later this month.

This month's Chesapeake Bay Blues Festival, set to have Bonnie Raitt as a headliner, has set a ticket sales record for the festival's 13-year history.

According to promoters, the previous  sales record was held by the concert's premiere in 1998, with Little Feat headlining the event.

In addition to Bonnie Raitt, this year's event includes Bad Influence, Mavis Staples, Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue.
