Talent Machine To Present Summer Production

Two Arnold girls star with 35 other young people from all over the region.

recently announced the July dates for its summer production to be performed at St. John's College in Annapolis.

The musical show called Talent Machine tells the story about children growing up, gaining confidence and being proud of who they are.

Talent Machine will run July 6-8 and again July 12-15 at St. John’s College Key Auditorium.

The show features a group of children, with the help of their coach “Professor Gesundheite,” learning to appreciate the results that hard work can bring, according to a press release.

About 37 youngsters from all over the region, ranging in age from 7 to 14, will perform in the show. Two of the stars of the production are from Arnold—Colleen Coleman plays Kay, an all-American girl, and Lilly West plays Patty, an overly cheerful cheerleader.

The company produces three full-length musicals each year in large productions for the general public featuring dozens of local youth, according to The Talent Machine's website.

“The show contains many fabulous and favorite songs and dance numbers, which showcases the cast’s talent, energy and enthusiasm,” the release stated.
