With the arrival of Spring comes a natural stirring in us, a call to action older than time. The drive to put the world right is powerful, but if we don't act on it, it will fade to inertia. Our wet world needs caretakers, and the need is right outside your door.
April 6th is the tenth annual Project Clean Stream, a unified day of service at hundreds of sites, with thousands of volunteers collecting hundreds of thousands of pounds of trash and debris from their neighborhood creeks, rivers and parks in just a few hours.
Project Clean Stream is a program organized and coordinated by the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay (Alliance), a regional 501(c)3 non-profit.
