New Italian Restaurant Coming to Bay Hills

The restaurant is planned to be a casual dining experience, similar to Squisito's in Annapolis and Severna Park.

Construction work has already begun inside the former Bay Hills Card and Gift shop, where a new Italian restaurant will soon open.

A developer associated with the College Parkway Center confirmed for Patch that the new establishment will be a family style Italian restaurant, though a name has not yet been decided.

Developer John Rosso said the restaurant's owner plans to create a casual dining experience, similar to Squisito's in Annapolis and Severna Park.

The business owner is the current owner of Rustico in Stevensville, and hopes to have the restaurant open in early fall.

The Bay Hills Card and Gift store closed in February after more than 20 years in business in Arnold.
