Champion Realty’s Cutting-Edge Mobile App Scans Neighborhoods for Homes for Sale and Displays Interior Photos

Severna Park, MD:  Champion Realty has launched a new, augmented reality smart phone app that lets you scan neighborhoods to find homes for sale and see photos of their interiors, greatly speeding the buyer’s search process. Champion is the first real estate company to offer this tool in Maryland.

 

The free app, with Champion’s “X-Ray VisionSM,”combines GPS technology and information that is updated every 15 minutes to display the most current properties in the Multiple Listing Service.

 

Available for the iPhone, iPad, and Droid, the Champion Realty App can be downloaded at no cost from the Apple App Store or at ChampionRealtyApp.com.The app shows properties within one mile of your location and augments the information with images and facts. Among key features of the app:

 

·      X-Ray VisionSM scans the neighborhood as you hold your phone or iPad at eye level and rotate, so the display changes to show listings in the direction you are facing. Tap the thumbnail on your screen to see more details about a listing and view photos from inside the home.

 

·      Location Tool places your current location in the center of a map on your screen and shows where nearby properties are found.

 

·      Lasso Tool lets you draw a defined area with your finger and see all listings in the area you select.

 

·      Map view shows all listings for an area and, with the pinch or slide of a finger, presents larger views and more information.

 

·      Additional views include satellite view, single column with a listing’s picture, price, square footage and other statistics, and multiple column view.

 

·      Large, high-resolution photos from inside the home show layouts and features.
