Hurricane Sandy is set to roll through Broadneck Monday and continue through early Wednesday.
Some thrill-seekers have already taken advantage of the weather conditions and were spotted kitesurfing Sunday at Cape St. Claire's main beach. Cape resident Lindsay Major Ringgold photographed them while they enjoyed some pre-hurricane waves.
