Recent Obituaries in Broadneck: July 11

Earline Mae Ford, 64, a life-long resident of Annapolis passed away at her home on June 27th after a lengthy illness. (John M. Taylor Funeral Home)

Thomas "Tom" James GeogheganJr., 44, a three-year resident of Ocean City and previously of Annapolis, died June 30 in Ocean City due to an airplane crash. He was a graduate of Broadneck High School.

Keith Ziegler, 49, a resident of Rosedale, died suddenly at his home due to a house fire on July 7, 2013. Ziegler lived in Arnold for a time and attended Anne Arundel Community College.

Christopher Alexander McAuley, 69, died  July 2, 2013, a month short of his 70th birthday. He was a longtime resident of Annapolis and a frequent visitor of the Arnold Senior Center.

Richard James Sandleman, 64, of Annapolis, died at Anne Arundel Medical Center on July 6, 2013. He worked at Sandy Point State Park in Broadneck.

Gene Hong Lee, 90, a 13 year resident of Annapolis and previously of Cheverly, died on July 6, 2013 at his residence from complications of Parkinson’s disease. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
