General Membership Meeting with guest speaker, Mark Garrity of Anne Arundel County  Recreation and Parks. As the Parks Adminstrator, Mr. Garrity will give us an update of what is happening in Arnold and what is planned for the future regarding parks, trails, capital projects, agricultural preservation and cultural resources.
