Second Chancers is a group of single, widowed, or divorced individuals over age 60 (see www.secondchancers.net and www.secondchancers.blogspot.com) who would like to meet others in similar circumstances. The purpose of the group is to provide a place where members can put an event on our calendar that they would like to attend (dinner, movies, play, concert, sports event, day trip, etc.) in hopes someone in the group would like to go with them.
We schedule "dinner out" at some restaurant every 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month with usually 10 to 15 people attending. Our next dinner is on THURSDAY, FEB. 9TH.
Potential new members may come to these dinners if they RSVP to willis819@yahoo.com (see www.secondchancers.net) BY NOON WEDNESDAY for that particular event.
