Annapolis Towne Centre Adding 215 Apartments
Apartment Units Proposed By Bozzuto Group
The Bozzuto Group, already drawing up plans for two Odenton multi-family projects, is adding another to its area offerings: the Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole.
Bozzuto is under contract to acquire land from Towne Centre developer Greenberg Gibbons Commercial for 215 apartment units, likely in a four-story configuration. According to Toby Bozzuto, the company hopes to break ground next year on the rental project.
Bozzuto is already familiar with the Towne Centre having successfully developed the high-rise Mariner Bay Apartments as one of the first phases of the Forest Drive project at the edge of town. That project leased up quickly, at rents that Bozzuto said at the time were 20 to 30 percent above market.

The new job will give Bozzuto one of the larger multi-family inventories in Anne Arundel County, as it is currently planning 298 units at ‘Village South,’ in Crofton, and 373 units at the StonebridgeCarras property on Telegraph Road in Odenton. All told, it will be bringing over 880 units to the local market in the near term.
Bozzuto’s coming Annapolis Towne Centre units will be built near the Gordon Biersch Brewery on Towne Centre Boulevard.
