Patch Picks: Halloween Books and Library Activities for Little Goblins

A county librarian recommends four entertaining Halloween books. Don't miss storytime at the Broadneck Library at 10 a.m. on Oct. 26 and 6 p.m. on Oct. 27 for ages 2 to 5.
