Temple Beth Shalom in Arnold is offering Rosh Hashanah services.
Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish new year, is coming up. Here are some activities in Anne Arundel County that will help celebrate the occasion!
Countywide - Sept. 29: Anne Arundel County Public Schools (AACPS) closed
All AACPS schools and central offices are closed. There are no extracirricular activities to be held after sundown on Sept. 28.
Arnold, Temple Beth Shalom - Sept. 28, 29, 30: Rosh Hashanah Services
Temple Beth Shalom is offering Rosh Hashanah services on Sept. 28 at 8 p.m., Sept. 29 at 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and Sept. 30 at 8 p.m.
Annapolis, Congregation Kneseth Israel - Sept. 28, 29, 30, Oct. 1, 2: Rosh Hashanah and Shabbat Shuvah Services
Congregation Kneseth Israel is offering services from Wednesday evening to Shabbos Shuvah on Saturday. Wednesday evening services start at 6:30 p.m., Thursday services start at 8 a.m., Friday services at 8 a.m. and Saturday services at 9 a.m. The Fast of Gadaliah takes place on Sunday from 5:18 a.m. to 7:36 p.m.

Congregation Kol Shalom is offering Rosh Hashanah services on Sept. 28 at 6:30 p.m., Sept. 29 at 9:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., Sept. 30 at 9 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. and Oct. 1 at 9:30 a.m.
Services are also being offered at Temple Beth Solel in Bowie.
