Latest nature denier excuse

I wonder how John Kerry (US Secretary of State) will explain the latest global non-warming excuse from a government climate scientologiest?
This so-called scientist actually proposed the theory that burning coal causes global warming, then later proposed the theory that when China burns coal it causes global cooling.  This was used as an explanation as to why the climate trend over the past two decades is cooler, rather than the "expected" (preferred) warmer.  
 LOL One thing for sure whatever today's weather is.... we can be absolutely sure that its changing tomorrow.....
And if the climate ceases to change.... uh.oh
