The public is invited to come out and support the Law Enforcement Torch Run by cheering on the runners as the flame torch travels up Ritchie Highway. Ultimately, the torch will arrive via relay at the Opening Ceremony for the 2011 Summer Special Olympics being held at Towson University on June 10-12, according to a police press release.
