Man Who Flashed Fake Genitalia Banned from Campus

A 28-year-old pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, and was banned from the AACC campus.

An Annapolis man who flashed women with a fake penis on (AACC) campus in Arnold was sentenced to probation this week.

when Jacob Lee Bovia, 28, of the 900 block of Vanburen Street was arrested in March.

The Capital reported Friday that Bovia pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in Anne Arundel County District Court. He was sentenced to 18 months of probation, ordered to receive psychological treatment and was also banned from the Arnold college's campus.

The college’s Department of Public Safety first received complaints about a rash of incidents of indecent exposure on the college’s main campus between Feb. 16-22.

According to The Capital, Bovia said he had seen similar pranks on YouTube and wanted to try them out.
