Police Investigate Anti 'Illeagles' Graffiti in Westminster

The message on the side of the former U.S. Army Reserve building also took a jab at Democrats.

A message spray-painted on the side of a brick building in Westminster has reportedly been classified as a hate crime.

On Saturday or Sunday, someone spray-painted a message—"no illeagles here no undocumented Democrats"—on the side of the former U.S. Army Reserve building, which the Maryland State Police Westminster barrack commander told the Carroll County Times was being investigated as a hate crime because it was a "racial, religious, ethnic incident."

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services was considering using the building on Malcolm Drive to house children who arrive in the U.S. without adults, as the federal government scrambles to accommodate the 90,000 unaccompanied children projected to cross the Mexican border this year.

"County leaders learned of the possibility on Thursday evening, and the reaction in this heavily Republican town northwest of Baltimore was swift and negative," The Washington Post reported.

The Carroll County Board of Commissioners held an emergency meeting Friday to discuss the issue, and U.S. Rep. Andy Harris vowed to block funding for the shelter if it were to be sited in Westminster.

Days after it was made public that the Westminster location was a possibility, officials reported the federal government was no longer considering the former U.S. Army Reserve building for the shelter; they had determined by Sunday that the long-vacant building, which was in need of updates, "would not be appropriate," according to Fox 45.

A spokesperson for the Department of Health and Human Services told The Washington Post Monday that the location in Carroll County was "not a viable option at this time."

According to the Carroll County Times, police have not yet identified any suspects or witnesses in connection with the graffiti on the side of the building, which law enforcement discovered Sunday morning.

President Obama got binLaden and brought the troops home from Iraq. He saved Detroit auto industry when others said NO. He saw the injustice of the SCOTUS decision against worker rights and HE signed the LILY Ledbetter Act. And 9 out of the 10 major stimulus money projects did succeed and saved the economy from deep recession. He has advanced the development of green energy, though not all that expected, the industry has moved forward, especially solar, because he did not stand in its way. I can go on. By the way, there would be no crisis at the border, were it not for the fact that WE ARE DEALING WITH CHILDREN who cannot be kept in holding cells and prison complexes. We have plenty of spaces to handle adults and to return them to their country of origian.

When will people learn mostly what is done is by congress !!! If you have a congress that is against you as a president then you can have the best ideas in the world and nothing will get passed through and nothing will get done. The reason I am upset with Obama ids because he plays both sides for votes tell people what they want to hear is a presidents main objective . Just like my Dad told me as a child if you cant Dazzle them with Brilliance Baffle them with Bull Shit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I tired of being Baffled . I want to see some Brilliance.

Farther then that! This made the news worldwide. Carroll County used to be the laughingstock of the state, then it became the laughingstock of the country when it hired the phony British Lord and held a Flat Earth Conference. Now it's become the laughingstock of the world!
