The man is described as a black male in his 30s, 6-feet tall, weighing 210 pounds, clean shaven with an average build, according to a police press release.
A 57-year-old woman sustained minor injuries when a man reportedly grabbed her purse off her shoulder and knocked her to the ground, according to a police release. The suspect reportedly fled the scene in a silver sedan. The incident took place in the parking lot of the , located at 1185 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd. in Arnold.

Anyone who may be able to identify the suspect is asked to contact Detective Howeth of the Eastern District at 410-222-6145 or contact Metro Crime Stoppers, 866-7LOCKUP or send a text message beginning with "MCS" to CRIMES (274637).
Phone calls are not recorded and callers remain anonymous. Tips that lead to the apprehension of a suspect may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000, according to a release.
