Police to Meet with Cape Neighborhood Watch

Authorities will speak with Cape residents about a recent spike in crime over the summer.

A representative of the Anne Arundel County Police will meet with members of the Cape St. Claire Neighborhood Watch program on July 25 to talk about police response to summer crime.

A sergeant with the Eastern District of AACPD will be at a special meeting with the public on Thursday, July 25 at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to, "educate and inform residents of the Neighborhood Watch program in response to this summer's crime spike," according to a recent post on the Cape St. Claire Improvement Association's Facebook page.

The meeting will take place at the Cape St. Claire clubhouse, located at 1223 River Bay Rd.
