Three Men Charged in Jewelry Store Robbery

Suspects face armed robbery, theft, assault and gun charges stemming from the Jan. 11 robbery of Antony Jewelers.

Three men have been charged in the Jan. 11 on Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills, Baltimore County Police said.

Keenan James Thomas, 20, of the 3300 block of St. Ambrose Avenue in Baltimore, Corey Jamal Jennings, 19, of the 800 block of Joshua Tree Court in Owings Mills and Chawn Rodney Harris, 38, of the unit block of Saffron Court in Reisterstown were all charged with armed robbery, police said.

Jennings and Thomas also face gun charges, police said. Harris is charged with first-degree assault.

Just before 5 p.m. on Jan. 11, the three men robbed two employees of at gunpoint, forcing them both to the floor, police said.

After finding no cash in the store, the men smashed jewelry cases and stole custom jewelry, rings and watches, valued over $100,000, police said.

Jennings had been scheduled to go on trial for attempted murder on Feb. 17, electronic court documents show. The Owings Mills resident was out on $250,000 bail.

Jennings and Harris are being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center. Thomas is being held on $275,000 bail, police said.

Well, the judges in this state have no accountability so things like this will continue to happen until the Democrats move out.

Jennings shouldn't have been out on the streets to reoffend, that is the problem with the 'justice' system, rather than locking this scum up and throwing away the key they recirculate them back into the general human population. It's a shame nobody in that store was armed and put a bullet or two through their empty heads. They'll always be garbage, there's no changing that. It's a shame decent society has to pay the price by letting them out in a few years only to reoffend.
