Two Arrested in Arnold Theft from Auto Case

Police say one suspect pawned the stolen property in Annapolis.

An Annapolis woman was arrested in connection with a February theft from auto case after she pawned the stolen property at an Annapolis pawn shop, according to police.

Sarah Nichole Malone, 26, of the 1000 block of Park Circle Drive, was arrested at a residence on Middletown Road in Annapolis on Monday in connection with the case that took place on Placid Court in Arnold on Feb. 8. The theft included video equipment worth more than $1,000 left in an unlocked car. 

According to police, Malone was identified as a suspect in the case during an investigation that also led to the arrest of a second suspect, James Earl Myers, Jr., 26, of the 900 block of Shore Acres Road in Arnold.

Myers and Malone were charged with theft over $1,000 and rogue and vagabond, a misdemeanor charge related to the intent to break into and enter a car.

Myers is currently in the Anne Arundel County Detention Center on unrelated charges.
