Construction on College Parkway

Broadneck Patch finds Arnold area is getting new wells.

In response to numerous questions readers have been asking about the construction activity going on along College Parkway between Bay Dale and Shore Acres, Broadneck Patch asked County Councilman Dick Ladd’s office what exactly was going on at the site.

The response was from Matt Diehl, Department of Public Works Public Relations Manager, who revealed the activity is the building of three wells, along with a well house, that will provide an additional water supply to the expanded Arnold Water Treatment Plant.

For those who live nearby the activity, sound attenuation walls were constructed to limit any noise coming from the property.
