County Food Inspection Report Cites Deep Creek Restaurant
Monthly food service inspections from the Department of Health for October includes a critical item for restaurant.

Each month, the Anne Arundel County Department of Health releases reports on restaurant inspections to the public. The restaurants are rated based on standard health codes that all restaurants must keep up to code.
On Oct. 25, the Deep Creek Restaurant was cited with a critical item, stating that "food must be held at proper cold holding temperature." A follow-up inspection was required.

Deep Creek manager Phil Hundaman said the only thing the department noted when they came to the inspection was a cooler that wasn't up to temperature.
