Town Meeting with Council Chairman Dick Ladd

The Honorable Dick Ladd, District #5 Councilman and
Chairman of the County Council, will host a Town Meeting at the Broadneck High School Auditorium at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, August 23, 2011.

This important event is sponsored by the Broadneck
Council of Communities (BCC), the Arnold
Preservation Council (APC) and the Growth Action Network (GAN).

Chairman Ladd will review the 2011 Comprehensive
Rezoning process and participate in a discussion of the rezoning requests under consideration in the Broadneck area. Featured speakers will provide detailed information on the specific rezoning applications for the Peninsula.

All Broadneck area residents (Arnold, St. Margaret’s, Magothy River, Cape St. Claire and others) are invited to attend this meeting and offer comments and input both pro and con on the requested zoning changes in their neighborhoods. Comprehensive
Rezoning only takes place every ten years so this is your chance to be heard and speak for your community.
