VIDEO: Coffee and Music Entertain Voters at St. Margaret's

Church rector: "I can't imagine hosting all of these people and not offering them something in return. It's just second nature."

Voters in the St. Margaret's area were treated to patriotic tunes and some free, warm joe while they waited in the cold on Election Day.

More than 30 members of St. Margaret's Episcopal Church in Broadneck volunteered to serve coffee and hot chocolate to voters throughout the day, according to church rector Peter Mayer.

"We have such a great community here. It's great to see everyone coming together on a day like this," Mayer said. "I can't imagine hosting all of these people and not offering them something in return. It's just second nature."
