Community Update

Should be ZERO stars, will never return. Worst General Manager ever. He refused to take a coupon that they printed, he argued that he could not enter it into the system (it was a MoneyMailer Deal). He was going to take it out of the servers tip and said "I guess the server will just have to deal with it". What kind of manager treats his employees like that? As for the food, the crab pretzels were over salted, as was the crab cake sandwich. The nachos were good. No refills on drinks were offered. No ketchup with french fries, only a few teaspoons of tartar sauce with the crab cake (6 year old diner), no pickles with a burger; no follow up after the food was served unless you flagged them down, it is pretty obvious why it was so empty on a Saturday evening. Still tipped the server 25% because it was not his fault that his restaurant is so horrible, he even apologized for the General Manager. I do not recommend this place at all. Lousy standards are in place because they are trying to save a buck instead of providing good service and condiments, which only starts the slippery slope to a glorified McDonalds. The poor managements' stinginess is evident in the workplace. The hostess never smiled, the severs all looked miserable, the slice of lemon was so thin it was pathetic, the food was slow, over seasoned/salted, and I feel that most if it was pre-packaged and reheated. Again, don't waste your money.
