6 Locals Named to 2012 US Lacrosse Teams

Six girls lacrosse players from Broadneck High School were named to the US Lacrosse 2012 All-Academic Team.

Five student-athletes from  were named to the US Lacrosse 2012 All-Academic Team and one named to the All-American Team.

According to its website, US Lacrosse is the national governing body of men's and women's lacrosse, primarily serving the youth game. The All-Academic team is formed on a nomination basis.
