AACC Student Featured on Today Show

The student talked about her desire to expand her home-based party catering business into a brick-and-mortar store.

Darlene Proctor, a student at Anne Arundel Community College, recently took the national spotlight on NBC's morning show, The Today Show.

Proctor, of Windsor Mill, talked on the show about classes she's taken at the community college's Hotel, Culinary Arts and Travel  (HCAT) institute, a rapidly expanding section of the college's course portfolio.

On the show's Monday morning program, Proctor said she wants to learn how to expand her home-based party catering business into a brick-and-mortar store.
