AACC to Recognize Veterans with Ceremony, Tribute Readings and Coupons
Anne Arundel Community College offers multiple events throughout the week of Nov. 7 to 11 to honor military personnel, veterans and their families.
In honor of Veterans Day on Friday, will recognize members of the military, veterans and their families all week long. The college's dining services and bookstore will offer coupons to AACC active and retired service members and veterans during the week of Nov. 7 to 11.

What: A 10-minute student activity will recognize both veterans and AACC's 50 anniversary.

What: The program will include the reading of names of students, faculty, staff and their family members who are serving or have served in the military. Note that a reception after the ceremony will be held in the Center for Applied Learning and Technology and people can make cards for members of the military after the ceremony until 1 p.m. in the dining hall in the Student Union.
