As of 4:30 p.m. Monday, Anne Arundel County students and teachers should prepare for an on-time opening on Tuesday, Jan. 7, according to a post on the school system's Facebook page.

Buses will operate on a normal schedule, but the school system advised that parents of bus riders and walkers may want to make alternate plans for Tuesday given the forecast of below-freezing wind chills.
