BHS Swimmers Prepare for Championship Friday

The county championship meet is Friday.

In the final meet of the regular season, Broadneck boys lost to Severna Park, 152-147, but beat South River and Annapolis in a quad meet Friday. Their record is 10-1.

It was also senior night for the four teams, with Broadneck honoring its eight senior swimmers.

South River boys placed third with 125 points, and Annapolis was fourth with 94 points. The girls team brought their record to 8-3 losing to Severna Park, 147, Annapolis, 135 and South River, 122. The Broadneck girls scored 114 points.

All 12 high schools will compete on Friday in the county swim championships.
