Housing Options for 55+ In Anne Arundel County

This free class if for baby boomers and seniors who are considering a housing change and would like to know what is available in Anne Arundel County.  According to the Department of Aging and Disabilities :

 The 90 minute class will cover the differences among independent, assisted, and continuing care housing options, what is the value of your current home, understanding your equity in your existing home, and housing options available. Presenters will also address how to encourage your parents to make a change. Also discussed will be safety measures, one-level living, locations, zoning for homes for those age 55 and older, cost considerations, and mortgage options.
