Workshop That Could Save A Life!

Broadneck High School, Magothy River Middle School and Severn River Middle School have announced a partnership with the goal of increasing awareness of youth suicide issues among staff, parents and students.

The partnership will result in a Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Suicide Prevention Training (a research-based program) for staff members by the end of the 2010-2011 school year.  In addition, a QPR Suicide Prevention Training will be held at Broadneck High School for interested middle and high school parents on March 29th or March 30th  from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. 

Sessions are limited in size.  Interested parents must sign up in advance by contacting, Marilyn Graham or Dr. Cannon at 410-757-1300 or email magraham@aacps.org or mcannon@aacps.org.
