A star from the 1960s Buddy Deane Show will visit Broadneck on Saturday.

Broadneck High School actors in the upcoming production of Hairspray will get a chance to meet a star of the Buddy Deane Show on Saturday.

Marge Pearce of the original 1960s Buddy Deane Show, a TV dance program upon which the musical Hairspray was based on, will visit the cast on Saturday to talk with the students about her experience.
