Adam Greene was among more than 20 athletes at Broadneck High School to sign college commitment letters on Thursday.
Greene has been accepted to the University of Maryland, where he has a "preferred walk-on" spot for the football team in the fall of 2013.
Broadneck's kicker made a name for himself at the high school by breaking both school, county and state records for distance and number of field goals.
