Man-Eating-Plant Attacks Broadneck in 'Little Shop of Horrors'

The popular musical will be performed starting March 8 at Broadneck High School.

Seymour and Audrey will take the stage in the famous musical "Little Shop of Horrors" debuting at Broadneck High School in March.

The cast of seniors includes Pace McKonkie as Seymour, Paige Miller as Audrey, Malcolm Jones as Audrey II, Mark Hollerbach as Orin the dentist and John LaRussa as Mr. Mushnik.

Students have been rehearsing their roles for months and production has been ramping up for their March debut.

The play will be performed 7 p.m. March 8-9 and 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. March 10.

Tickets are $8 for students and $11 for general admission.

"Little Shop of Horrors," written by Howard Ashman and music by Alan Menken, will be performed at Broadneck High School, 1265 Green Holly Drive on Thursday, March 8, 7 PM, Friday, March 9, 7 PM, and Saturday, March 10, 2 PM and 7 PM.  The hilarious musical about a blood-loving plant features senior Pace McKonkie as Seymour, senior Paige Miller as Audrey, senior Malcolm Jones as Audrey II, senior Mark Hollerbach as Orin, the dentist, and senior John LaRussa as Mr. Mushnik. 

This popular show features lots of humor, dancing and well known songs such as "Somewhere that's Green," "Suddenly Seymour" and "Feed Me!" 

Tickets are $8 for students and seniors, $11 for everyone else. Tickets will be available at the door (while supplies last) or you can reserve them in advance by downloading the ticket order for at www.broadneck.org and mailing or taking it to Broadneck HS.
