Free Beginners Tai Chi, 18 Movement Form Workshop

Practice silk-reeling exercises and basic tai chi movements. Discover how this ancient and low-impact form of exercise promotes joint health, improves flexibility and strength, helps with arthritis and diabetes and increases bone density.
