Free ShaoLin Fitness for Women

Combining exercises from Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Qigong, this class will give you a workout that can be surprisingly challenging while also being adjustable to any fitness level.

This is one of a series of free workshops & activities being hosted by the Jing Ying Institute of Kung Fu & Tai Chi in celebration of the Lunar New Year, "The Year of the Dragon."
